Client is seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse. The candidate will lead technical development, customization, integration, deployment, and support of enterprise solutions while ensuring best practices, governance, and alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
\n
• Lead the design, development, customization, configuration, and implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
\n
• Develop and maintain forms, views, plug-ins, workflows, Business Process Flows (BPFs), and custom components.
\n
• Build custom applications and integrations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, Azure, and Microsoft Power Platform.
\n
• Support requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
\n
• Develop and maintain data integrations and migrations using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and SSIS.
\n
• Implement Power Platform ALM and DevOps practices, including Power Pipelines and ALM Accelerator.
\n
• Establish platform governance, licensing best practices, technical documentation, and development standards.
\n
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and system engineers to deliver effective solutions.
\n
• Provide issue resolution and after-hours or on-call support as required.
\n
Required Qualifications
\n
• 5+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Technical Lead.
\n
• 8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and solution management.
\n
• 8+ years of experience customizing and implementing forms, views, plug-ins, workflows, and BPFs.
\n
• 5+ years of custom development experience with .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
\n
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse.
\n
• 3+ years of experience using standard and premium connectors in Power Apps and Power Automate.
\n
Preferred Qualifications
\n
• 2+ years of experience with DevOps and ALM in Power Platform/Dynamics 365 environments.
\n
• 5+ years of experience with data integration and migration using ADF and SSIS.
