We take pride in our properties, our residents, and the people who help keep our communities running. We are currently looking for a dependable, experienced Maintenance Technician to join our San Angelo team.

If you’re a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in doing the job right, enjoys variety in your workday, and wants to work for an established company with room to grow, we want to hear from you.

  • Maintaining the swimming pool, including chemical testing and balancing
  • Helping ensure apartments and common areas are clean, safe, and ready for residents
  • Responding promptly and professionally to maintenance needs

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • At least 1 year of maintenance or related trade experience
  • Ability to perform physical maintenance duties and lift 20+ pounds

Don't have every certification listed? We still encourage experienced maintenance professionals with strong general trade skills to apply.

Why Work With Kington Holdings?

We're not a giant national property management corporation. We're a family-owned Texas company that has been in the multifamily business for more than three decades.

We believe good properties start with good people, and maintenance is one of the most important parts of providing our residents with a community they're proud to call home.
