Job DescriptionNow Hiring a Facility Maintenance Supervisor
Join our team as a Facilities Supervisor and play a key role in keeping our operations running at peak performance. In this hands-on leadership position, you'll oversee facility maintenance, support a skilled team, and help ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and coordinate maintenance requests to ensure timely completion of work orders and projects.
- Lead and support maintenance staff while maintaining high service and operational standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, boiler, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
- Monitor facility conditions, identify maintenance needs, and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and staff to resolve issues efficiently and maintain strong service levels.
- Manage inventory, order materials, and ensure parts availability to support ongoing operations.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to urgent maintenance needs as required.
Essential Skills
- Experience leading facilities or building maintenance operations.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience with HVAC systems and boilers.
- EPA certification (Universal preferred) or equivalent HVAC certification.
- Ability to lead maintenance teams and coordinate daily work activities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of building maintenance best practices and safety standards.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $74880.00 - $83200.00/yr.
Employer covers 75% of medical benefits Vision Dental Company contributes 100% of the first 5% for 401K HSA FSA
