Orion Innovation is seeking an accomplished Senior Technical Delivery Manager to lead enterprise-scale Data, Analytics, Cloud, and AI initiatives.
\n
We are looking for a technically strong delivery leader who can manage 150+ globally distributed resources, drive enterprise architecture decisions, and remain actively involved in engineering and technology delivery.
\n
\n
🔹 Key Responsibilities
\n
✅ Lead large-scale Data, Analytics, AI, and enterprise application programs.
\n
✅ Manage global multidisciplinary teams across Data Engineering, Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Architecture, and AI.
\n
✅ Drive enterprise implementations using Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.
\n
✅ Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture Review Boards on scalable, secure solution designs.
\n
✅ Establish CI/CD automation, DevSecOps standards, and blue-green deployment strategies.
\n
✅ Lead enterprise data governance, platform modernization, and AI adoption initiatives.
\n
✅ Manage program budgets, delivery governance, risks, resources, and executive stakeholder relationships.
\n
\n
🔹 Required Technical Expertise
\n
\n
- \n
- Data Platforms: Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Delta Lake, Lakehouse Architecture
- Programming: Python, .NET, C#, React or Angular
- Cloud & DevOps: Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Blue-Green Deployments
- AI: Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, enterprise AI solutions
- Architecture: Enterprise Architecture, Architecture Review Boards, REST APIs, distributed systems
- Governance: Enterprise Data Strategy, Data Quality, Security, Compliance

🔹 Mandatory Qualifications
\n
\n
✔ 15+ years of overall technology experience.
\n
✔ 8+ years leading complex enterprise technology programs.
\n
✔ Proven experience managing 100+ globally distributed resources.
\n
✔ Strong hands-on implementation experience with both Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.
\n
✔ Strong enterprise architecture and technical delivery leadership.
\n
✔ Hands-on Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD, and deployment automation expertise.
\n
✔ Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n
🌟 Preferred: Microsoft Purview, Databricks Unity Catalog, Fabric OneLake, Azure cloud, MLOps, LLMOps, and Agentic AI.
