$100,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities: What We’re Looking For
- Active Texas Real Estate License
- Based in the Houston, TX area
- Buyer’s Agent or residential real estate sales experience preferred
- Spanish-speaking preferred
- Full-time availability
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident with sales, negotiation, and client service
- Comfortable using CRM and real estate technology
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Coachable, growth-minded, and team-oriented
Qualifications: What We’re Looking For
- Active Real Estate License required
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
