Chesapeake Search Partners is partnering with a growing commercial construction contractor to identify an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading multiple projects, and values building strong client relationships.

What You'll Do
\n

- Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously from award through completion.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and overall execution.
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and submittals to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with estimating, operations, field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor project costs, change orders, billing, schedules, and overall financial performance.
- Conduct regular jobsite visits and proactively identify and resolve project challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, and industry partners.
- Identify opportunities for additional project work and business development.

What We're Looking For
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or Estimator within commercial construction.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and construction project management processes.
- Division 7 experience is a plus but not required.
