- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or engineering related field (Preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in a computer related field.
- ITIL 4 Foundation
- JNCIA or CCNA (Required)
- Previous experience in production network environments and on-call responsibilities.
- Working knowledge of wireless networking.
- Understanding and familiarity with network protocols such as BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, TCP/IP, Spanning Tree, and MPLS.
