<p>We are seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance/Engineering Manager to join our team! You will manage the maintenance team that is responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial production machinery.</p>
<p><strong><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and manage the maintenance team including setting priorities and deadlines, evaluating equipment needs, and establishing the preventative maintenance program and schedules for the equipment</li>
<li>Ensure the department responds to work order requests in a timely fashion</li>
<li>Adhere to all safety policies and procedures</li>
</ul>
<p>​<strong><strong>Qualifications:</strong></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in machinery maintenance management or supervisory role</li>
<li>Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills</li>
<li>Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment</li>
