The Cleaning Technician maintains residential properties by delivering thorough, consistent cleaning services. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this role focuses on surface care, bed making, laundry, floor cleaning, sanitation, and upkeep with minimal resident interaction, using standard vacuums and mops.
Responsibilities
- Clean and wipe down residential surfaces.
- Make beds and maintain orderly rooms.
- Provide laundry services.
- Mop floors using standard mops.
- Vacuum floors and carpets using standard vacuums.
- Dust furnishings and fixtures.
- Sanitize restrooms.
- Dispose of waste and restock cleaning supplies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in professional cleaning.
- Experience with commercial cleaning.
- Knowledge of floor care.
- Experience with laundry operations.
