Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer
Location: Columbus, OH (100% onsite)
USC/GC/GC EAD Only- W2 Requirement
Note: No third party/C2C or 1099
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Java-based frameworks, preferably Spring/Spring Boot.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Working experience with React / React.js.
- Hands-on experience with AWS application development and deployment.
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of software development, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on large-scale banking or financial services applications.
- Experience in enterprise-scale distributed systems.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with cloud-native application development.
- Familiarity with large financial-services technology environments is a plus.
