NOW HIRING: MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance and operations of our healthcare facility.

Position: Maintenance Director
Location: Tinton Falls, NJ
Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance Department

Perform and supervise building repairs and maintenance

Manage preventive maintenance programs and inspections

Maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, heating/cooling, and other building systems
-
Ensure fire alarm, emergency generator, and safety systems are properly maintained and tested
-
Maintain required maintenance records and documentation
-
Order supplies and coordinate with vendors and contractors
-
Schedule, supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance staff
-
Ensure the facility complies with applicable safety, fire, health, and building regulations
-
Respond to maintenance emergencies and remain available for emergency situations
-
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, families, and staff
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Basic training/knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance
-
Previous supervisory experience required
-
Healthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care maintenance experience preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills
-
Ability to troubleshoot problems and perform hands-on repairs

Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently

Must be available for emergency on-call responsibilities
