We are looking for eager licensed real estate agents who have full-time jobs interested in building real estate sales income in their free time, working with friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers.

Who We're Looking For

Active real estate license in Florida

A full-time job elsewhere, with a genuine interest in doing real estate on the side

Reliable, professional, and responsive, even if you're only available part of the week

Comfortable communicating with clients by phone, text, and email

Self-motivated, with no experience requirement beyond your license
What You'll Do

Help your sphere of influence (friends, neighbors, coworkers) with their real estate needs

Conduct typical self-directed real estate activities like showings in your free time

Prepare paperwork for listings and sales, follow up, and keep clients informed

Compensation:
$40,000+ Commissioned Sales
Responsibilities:

Assist every rental or buyer client with a positive attitude and a helpful approach
