OVERVIEW

Safety Harbor Resort & Spa is seeking an experienced, hands-on Electrical & Facilities Specialist to join our Engineering team.

We are looking for a highly skilled electrical professional with strong troubleshooting abilities who can help maintain and improve a large, active resort property.

This is a hands-on position. The successful candidate will be expected to diagnose problems, perform repairs within their qualifications, oversee preventative maintenance, and help ensure that our building systems remain safe and reliable.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and facility-related issues
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical and building systems
• Diagnose equipment, lighting, controls, motors, panels, and related systems
• Respond to guest room and facility maintenance issues
• Assist with general building maintenance when needed
• Coordinate with licensed contractors when work requires outside services or permitting
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
• Identify recurring problems and recommend permanent solutions
• Participate in emergency and after-hours response when necessary
