We are a seeking a motivated and trustworthy helper to work directly with our lead carpenter. Prior experience in construction or another hands-on industry is preferred. Our projects range from structural work to fine finish work. Must have reliable transportation to get to job sites in the Litchfield County and Fairfield County Areas.
General job duties include:
-assisting the carpenter
-learning the trade
-measuring and cutting pieces
-moving/prepping materials
-some drywall work and painting
Job also includes roughly one day a week of property maintenance/landscaping.
