Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD
Clearance Required: Secret Clearance
**This position is contingent upon contract award**
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a knowledge management specialist, creating, developing, implementing, and maintaining a knowledge management program within joint cyber capabilities operations in line with the client's knowledge management guidance.
- Enable collaboration of Cyber operational data to provide office leadership with relevant information to make informed decisions.
- Promote and assist with the use of internal knowledge management tools. Create, develop, implement, and maintain repeatable knowledge management best practices and processes for continual process improvement.
- Integrate information from throughout the organization to facilitate easy access, sharing, and dissemination of information with internal and external clients.
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualization.
- Architect and implement enterprise-level Power BI data models using SharePoint, SQL databases, Excel, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Design, develop, configure, and administer SharePoint Online sites, pages, libraries, and lists.
- Develop advanced SharePoint site architectures. Platform site collection administration, performance tuning, and lifecycle management.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five (5) years of Knowledge Manager experience is required
- Bachelor's Degree/High School Diploma
- Substitutions: Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for the BS degree
