Job Description

LIHTC Property Manager

\n

You already know the job. We're interested in how you lead.

\n

If you've managed LIHTC housing, you know what comes with the territory—compliance, certifications, budgets, inspections, residents, deadlines, and the unexpected issues that never seem to make it into the job description.

\n

What we're looking for is the person who knows how to bring all of that together.

\n

Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager who can take ownership of an affordable housing community, lead with confidence, and keep both the people and the property moving in the right direction.

\n

What Matters Most

\n

We're looking for someone who:

\n

    \n
  • Knows LIHTC and can confidently manage the compliance side of the property
  • \n

  • Sees what needs attention and takes initiative
  • \n

  • Can lead a team without needing to micromanage one
  • \n

  • Understands the numbers and financial performance of a property
  • \n

  • Communicates well with residents, staff, vendors, and leadership
  • \n

  • Stays organized when there are ten things competing for attention
  • \n

  • Takes pride in running a property well
  • \n

\n

Experience with HUD, Section 8, Yardi, and other affordable housing programs is valuable, but we're equally interested in your track record as a Property Manager and leader.

\n

\n

Why Consider It?

\n

Because sometimes the next move isn't about learning how to be a Property Manager—you already know how to do that.

\n

\n

It's about finding the right community, the right organization, and an opportunity where your experience can make an impact. If you know LIHTC, know how to lead, and are ready to explore what's next, let's talk.
