We’re partnering with a leading global insurance organisation seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver large, complex transformation projects across business and technology.
\n
\n
The Role
\n
\n
You’ll own projects from initiation through to delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders, internal teams and third-party partners.
\n
\n
Key responsibilities include:
\n
\n
- \n
- Leading complex projects to time, cost and quality.
- Managing scope, plans, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
- Developing business cases and benefit realisation plans.
- Establishing effective project governance and reporting.
- Managing and influencing senior stakeholders, including C-suite.
- Coordinating business, technology and third-party teams.
- Supporting and coaching project teams and junior Project Managers.

What We’re Looking For
\n
\n
- \n
- 5–8+ years’ project management experience.
- East Coast based
- Strong track record delivering large, complex projects.
- Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Agile and Waterfall experience.
- Integration and/or data migration project experience.
- Recognised project management qualification.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.

\n
\n
Insurance/reinsurance experience is highly desirable, particularly Lloyd’s/London Market experience or knowledge of insurance regulatory controls. LEAN/Six Sigma experience would also be beneficial.
