We're looking for an experienced Support & Staging Engineer to join our growing team in Carrollton, Texas. This is a hands-on technical role with a clear path to becoming our Support & Staging Team Lead within 6–12 months.

What you'll do
\n
- \n
- Provide expert remote technical support for our customers
- Configure, stage, test, and troubleshoot professional AV, server, and PC systems before deployment
- Ensure every system meets SIMStation's high quality standards through detailed testing and quality assurance
- Collaborate closely with Project Management, Engineering, and Field Services to deliver successful customer projects
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including network summaries, signal flows, and bills of materials
- Help improve internal processes, standards, and workflows while growing into a technical leadership role

We're looking for someone who...
\n
- \n
- Has 5+ years of experience with professional AV systems staging and technical support
- Has hands-on experience with AV over IP technologies, including Dante audio, network video switching, and related systems
- Enjoys troubleshooting across AV, networking, servers, PCs, and software environments
- Takes ownership, communicates clearly, and enjoys working across technical teams
- Is excited by the opportunity to grow into a Team Lead position within the next 6–12 months
