Compensation:
$100,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:

Help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals

Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments

Show homes and host property tours

Prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts

Guide clients through the transaction from contract to closing

Manage client communication using our CRM system

Work closely with our Inside Sales, Marketing, and Transaction Coordination teams

Build strong client relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business
Qualifications:Who We're Looking For
