We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Apartment Leasing Agent to join our team in beautiful San Jose, CA (95127). As a key player in our leasing office, you will be responsible for connecting potential residents with their ideal homes while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Assist prospective tenants in finding their ideal apartment by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters.
- Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and tenant interactions.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
- Stay informed about local rental market trends and property features.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current residents to foster community engagement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in real estate, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Knowledge of local housing laws and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Schedule: Thursday - Monday 9:00am - 5:30pm.
Salary: $20.00 - $22.00/hr
