Role Description The Data Engineer role at Grace Hire IT Staffing is a full-time, on-site position based in Atlanta, GA. In this role, the Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support analytics and business intelligence needs. Daily responsibilities include developing and optimizing ETL processes, implementing data models, and collaborating with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality, reliable data. The Data Engineer will manage data warehousing solutions, monitor data flows for performance and accuracy, and troubleshoot issues in production environments. This role also involves documentation of data structures and processes, adherence to data governance standards, and participation in ongoing improvements to data architecture.
