Part-Time Overnight Restaurant Cleaner — $80 Per Night
Emerald’s Steam Solutions is hiring a dependable part-time cleaner to provide nightly janitorial service at a quick-service restaurant near Jacksonville Beach, Florida.
Schedule and Pay
- Six nights per week, Monday through Saturday.
- Overnight work begins after the restaurant closes.
- Approximately 3 hours of work per night.
- $80 guaranteed per completed shift.
- Approximately $480 per week for all six scheduled shifts.
- Employees must accurately clock in and out for every shift.
Primary Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, and scrub restaurant floors.
- Clean kitchen floors, including accessible areas beneath and behind equipment.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, fixtures, floors, doors, and dispensers.
- Vacuum carpets and floor mats.
- Clean entrance-door glass, handles, kick plates, baseboards, counters, and other assigned surfaces.
- Complete assigned weekly detail-cleaning tasks.
- Follow the provided nightly cleaning checklist.
- Properly use cleaning chemicals, steam-cleaning equipment, and personal protective equipment.
- Report damage, safety concerns, supply shortages, or incomplete work to the supervisor.
- Take completion photos when required.
Qualifications
- Dependable and able to report for all six scheduled nights.
- Able to work independently and follow a written checklist.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to the Jacksonville Beach area.
- Able to stand, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
- Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Must have a smartphone for scheduling, timekeeping, and work communication.
- Commercial or restaurant-cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
