Job requirements:
- Experience with imaging and configuring new devices and workstations.
- Helpdesk experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- PowerShell experience (preferred, not required) .

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Support Technician to support a large-scale device refresh initiative with a local government entity. This individual will be responsible for imaging, configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting desktop and laptop computers while providing excellent customer support to end users. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with workstation deployments, help desk support, and Microsoft technologies, along with strong communication and organizational skills. This is a contract role to support the project.
Location: Downtown Richmond
Compensation: $20/ hour
