Location: Harrisburg, PA
Pay: $22.50/hour
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Employment Type: Full-time, OnsiteOur client in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Computer Operator I to support daily computer operations and monitor enterprise infrastructure. This role is responsible for following daily operational checklists, documenting issues, escalating problems, and assisting with recovery activities when needed.Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily operation of computer systems.
- Monitor enterprise infrastructure and escalate issues as required.
- Complete tasks on the daily checklist under supervision.
- Report system problems to the Senior Computer Operator or Supervisor.
- Respond to customer inquiries and take appropriate follow-up action under supervision.
- Assist with recovery activities needed to restore normal operations.
- Follow proper escalation procedures across Computer Operations and dependent departments.
- Support senior computer operators as needed.
- Track and document issues using a ticketing or tracking system.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Two-year technical college degree or comparable experience.
- 12 to 24 months of computer operations experience.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
- Must pass a criminal history background check.
- Must pass an FBI-level background check to obtain a Gaming License.
