Job DescriptionCrouch Staffing Solutions, Inc is seeking a Computer Operator for a Waco based employer. Job Title: Computer OperatorJob Status: Full-TimeLocation: Waco, TX 76710Work Hours: M-F 6am-2:30pmPay Range: $45,000-$55,000 annually Computer Operator (Want someone with some IT experience)This position is responsible for running necessary IT protocols needed to produce output such as correspondence and reports used by various departments within the company.
Major Responsibilities:
- Verify and confirm all nightly and monthly batch cycles are complete.
- Print and deliver correspondence and manual checks.
- If any cycles, ledger, or agent processes have issues, create a ticket for problem resolution and keep users informed.
- Run process to print any requested checks at mid-day.
- Launch evening process before departing each day.
- Schedule cycles for the upcoming month, reviewing for high volume days.
- Handle user on-boarding
- Responsible for audit recertifications
- Handle web updates
Required Qualifications:
- Able to load paper and deliver printed documents to various departments. This requires lifting, bending, walking, and standing.
- Must be able to follow predefined processes, with attention to detail.
- Strong reading comprehension.
- Minimum of 5 years of business experience.
- College degree or 5 years of work experience in a business environment.
- Able to work in room with constant running printers and machines.
