Job DescriptionMatch Staffing is seeking a detaildriven Inbound QA Specialist to join a fastpaced distribution and manufacturing environment in Spartanburg. This role ensures that all incoming materials meet quality standards before they move into production. If you’re someone who notices the small things, enjoys structured processes, and takes pride in accuracy, this is your lane.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Quality Inspection — Inspect incoming materials, components, and products for defects, damage, or nonconformance.
- Documentation Review — Verify packing lists, certificates of analysis, and supplier documentation.
- NonConformance Reporting — Identify issues, document findings, and escalate when materials fail to meet standards.
- Data Entry & Tracking — Maintain accurate logs in QA systems and update inventory status.
- Collaboration With Warehouse & Production — Communicate quality issues and coordinate material holds or returns.
- Safety & Compliance Checks — Ensure all inbound processes follow company and regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Quality Control Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse settings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects quickly
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, labels, and supplier paperwork
- Basic computer proficiency (QA systems, Excel, inventory software)
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- ISO Standards Knowledge (9001 or similar)
- Experience with inbound logistics or supply chain workflows
- Prior work in a QA, QC, or inspection role
Schedule & Pay
- Fulltime, onsite in Spartanburg
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience

- Pay $19.00 per hour
- Hours 7am to 5:30pm Monday - Thursday Overtime on Fridays as needed
