First United Methodist Church of Sarasota is a dynamic and growing downtown church with an immediate need for a part-time Facilities Attendant on Sunday morning from 7:00am – 2:00pm.

Multi-tasking is a regular part of the job and interaction is with a wide audience, including the pastor, church staff, members, visitors, and the public.

Our ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and a hard worker.

The work requires very light cleaning, routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing less than fifty pounds.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Light Cleaning: Spills, Touchup in Restrooms, Garbage to Dumpster
• Setup Signage, Tables, Coffee

Pay: $20.00 per hour

All applicants are subject to an extensive background check.

Possibility of additional hours for event coverage.
