Linux Operating Systems Engineer

Location: Minneapolis, MN - Local Candidates only

Work Arrangement: Day 1 Onsite – 4 Days in Office

Duration: Long-Term Contract

We are looking for an experienced Linux Operating Systems Engineer / Linux System Administrator to support enterprise infrastructure and production environments.
\n
🔹 Key Skills & Experience:
\n
• Strong experience with Linux / Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
\n
• Linux installation, configuration, patching, upgrades & troubleshooting
\n
• Bash, Python, Perl scripting and automation
\n
• Ansible and infrastructure automation
\n
• Hands-on experience with AWS / Cloud environments
\n
• Knowledge of EC2, EBS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch & Auto Scaling
\n
• Strong understanding of Linux Kernel, Systemd, LVM & File Systems
\n
• Networking knowledge – TCP/IP, DNS, SSH, NFS
\n
• Linux security, hardening, SELinux, vulnerability remediation & compliance
\n
• Experience with enterprise IT operations and production support
\n
• Knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow is a plus
\n
