Weld Meister L.L.C. is seeking a Baghouse Maintenance Technician to support the safe and efficient operation of onsite industrial systems at North American Stainless in Ghent, KY.
Position Summary
The Baghouse Maintenance Technician will perform hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting on baghouse and related dust collection components to ensure reliable performance and compliance with operational standards. This role is critical to minimizing downtime, maintaining system efficiency, and supporting a safe work environment.
The ideal candidate is skilled in industrial maintenance work, comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, and dedicated to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Inspect, diagnose, and repair baghouse systems and associated components to restore and maintain proper operation.

Perform preventive maintenance tasks, including replacing wear parts and conducting routine system checks.

Support troubleshooting of operational issues such as reduced airflow, performance inefficiencies, and component failure.

Follow established safety procedures while working around industrial equipment and dust collection systems.

Document maintenance activities and communicate maintenance status, findings, and next steps to the team.
Required Qualifications

Ability to perform hands-on industrial maintenance work in an onsite, physically demanding environment.

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and experience with maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting of industrial equipment.

Strong commitment to workplace safety, including following procedures and using required safety practices.

Ability to read and interpret basic equipment information such as maintenance instructions and system indicators.

Willingness to work onsite in Ghent, KY as a full-time team member.
