Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of the facility, equipment, and grounds to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
• Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure effective performance
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend lifespan
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly and effectively
• Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Develop and manage the maintenance budget to achieve cost savings and efficiencies
