Were looking for a motivated Dealer Technical Phone Support Representative to assist our nationwide powersports dealer network. If you enjoy diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, guiding technicians through repairs, and delivering excellent customer support, this role is a great fit.
What Youll Do
<ul>
<li>Provide realtime phone support to authorized dealers</li>
<li>Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic issues</li>
<li>Assist with warranty questions, repair procedures, and parts identification</li>
<li>Document all support cases in the CRM system</li>
<li>Stay current on product updates, service bulletins, and new models</li>
</ul>
What You Bring

<li>Mechanical or electrical troubleshooting experience (powersports, small engines, EV, automotive, or similar)</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly</li>
