As a Security Officer Unarmed Driving Role in Saint Peters, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support security-related operations, and remain visible to help discourage incidents. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license and offers the chance to deliver outstanding customer service and communication while working with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and grounded in integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access support activities, and emergency response actions as appropriate for the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information as directed by site policies, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations.
• Support daily operations at a manufacturing and industrial location by observing equipment-adjacent areas for security-related issues, assisting with traffic flow, and reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
