Analytics Developer I – Accounting (On-site)

Overview:
This role supports the transformation of data into actionable insights by building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations in collaboration with business stakeholders. The position also contributes to automation initiatives using RPA tools and low-code platforms to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop BI reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and quality standards
- Perform data validation and basic analysis using SQL and Excel
- Assist in building low-code web applications under senior guidance
- Support RPA workflow development to automate business processes
- Collaborate with business users to define requirements and solve process issues
- Work with data and engineering teams on data modeling and automation initiatives
- Monitor and improve report performance and data quality
- Participate in ongoing learning and adoption of new analytics technologies
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience with analytics tools and SQL
- Experience with BI reporting, data validation, or analytics applications preferred
- Knowledge of cloud BI, data mining, or AI/ML concepts is a plus
- Strong SQL and Excel skills required
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft: Data Analyst Associate, Power Platform Fundamentals, Power Automate RPA Developer
- UiPath certifications (Automation Developer / Business Analyst / AI-related tracks)
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (8AM–5PM)
