Pay rate is $45/hr on W2

Title: Project Manager (Manufacturing / Supply Chain)

Location: El Paso, TX (Preferred) or Mt. Juliet, TN

Duration: 3+ Months Contract (Likely Extensions)

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of Manufacturing or Supply Chain Project Management experience.
• Experience managing projects across multiple manufacturing plants/sites.
• Strong background in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, or Continuous Improvement.
• Experience with supplier transitions, capacity expansion, tooling implementation, process changes, and product qualification projects.
• Knowledge of QVE (Quality Value Engineering) or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with JIRA and project tracking/reporting tools.
• Bilingual: English & Spanish required.
• Ability to work hybrid (2+ days onsite) and travel to manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and Mexico as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Lead manufacturing and supply chain projects including supplier changes, capacity growth, tooling implementation, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers across North America.
• Manage project timelines, risks, documentation, and status reporting.
• Provide weekly project updates and maintain project data in JIRA and Schneider systems.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and service across manufacturing operations.
