We are seeking a reliable and experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician / Make Ready Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing vacant apartment homes for new residents and assisting with general maintenance needs throughout the community.

Responsibilities:

• Complete apartment make-readies in a timely manner
• Perform painting, drywall repairs, touch-ups, and cleaning as needed
• Repair and replace fixtures, appliances, doors, locks, and hardware
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks
• Maintain the grounds and common areas as needed
• Ensure all work is completed according to company standards and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment maintenance or make-ready experience required
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repair
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to lift, carry, and move maintenance equipment and supplies
