Responsibilities:
- Own customer engagements from discovery through deployment.
- Lead cross-functional engineering, AI/ML, data, and product teams.
- Translate complex customer challenges into technical solutions.
- Manage project execution, priorities, milestones, and customer expectations.
- Partner with customers and internal teams to drive successful implementation.
- Contribute to product strategy based on customer and market needs.
- Support technical proposals, SOWs, and business development activities.
Qualifications:
- 5–10+ years of experience in engineering, technical program management, solutions engineering, or a related field.
- Strong background in engineering, simulation, AI/ML, or computational science.
- Experience with Python, simulation tools, data, and/or AI/ML workflows.
- Strong customer-facing and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience with digital twins, multiphysics, or engineering software is a plus.
- MS/PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
