Bridge housing includes various modules and funding sources and numerous external partnerships. The team serves myriad populations of tenants including individuals with serious mental health illnesses, high rates of co-occurring substance use disorders, trauma, homelessness, seniors, veterans, young adults aging out of the foster care system, persons involved in the criminal justice system and a small number of families.
