Job Description

We are looking for detail-oriented individual to join our team in El Dorado Hills, CA.

The right candidate will serve as the operational and business development hub of the Select Commercial Division, supporting commercial agents through the Signature Select Commercial Listing Concierge Program, marketing, technology, research training, business development, and implementation of strategic growth initiatives designed to expand the division across multiple states.


Essential Functions:

  • Administer the Select Commercial Transaction Coordination Program by supporting the Silver Select and Signature Select transaction concierge packages.
  • Coordinate Commercial sales and leasing transactions from contract to closing.
  • Open escrow and establish transaction timelines.
  • Coordinate with escrow, title, lenders, inspectors, surveyors, and other vendors as needed.
  • Prepare, organize, upload, and maintain transaction files in ZipForms.
  • Review files for completeness and request missing documentation.
  • Coordinate digital signatures and document execution.
  • Prepare Broker Demands, commission instructions, lease commission invoices, and W-9 documentation.
  • Monitor contingency dates, contractual deadlines, and closing milestones.
  • Manage the Select Commercial Hotline, serving as the primary point of contact for agent support, and general commercial inquiries.
  • Assist with Commercial compliance policies and procedures.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Active California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License.
  • Real Estate transaction coordination experience.
  • Working knowledge of AIR CRE contracts, CAR Commercial forms and/or ZipForms.
  • Strong understanding of Commercia escrow, title, due diligence, and closing procedures.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex Commercial transactions simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading and quality control skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer services focus.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Commercial real estate sales, leasing, or transaction coordination experience.
  • Experience with office, industrial retail, investment, land, Farm & Ranch, and leasing transactions.
  • Experience reviewing leases, purchase agreements, amendments, and transaction documents for completeness and compliance.
  • Experience working in a commercial brokerage environment.
