6-Month Contract | Raleigh, NC or Remote | Up to 20% Travel

We’re seeking a Project Engineer to support the design and execution of high-voltage FACTS and substation EPC projects. This is a technical coordination role- not a primary design position; working closely with engineering, project management, procurement, sales, and field teams.

Responsibilities

- \n
- Coordinate engineering activities, deliverables, schedules, and milestones across 2–3 projects.
- Review engineering drawings, technical packages, and project documentation.
- Support field installation and commissioning by resolving technical questions.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal engineering teams.
- Identify risks and help drive technical solutions through project execution.

Requirements
\n

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 3+ years of high-voltage substation or FACTS EPC experience.
- Background in substation engineering/design with strong knowledge of HV equipment.
- Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Strong communication and project coordination skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- PE license preferred, but not required.
