BILINGUAL ON-SITE COORDINATOR (ENGLISH/SPANISH)
Full-Time | Direct Hire | On-Site
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Compensation: $25.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Are you a people-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Bilingual On-Site Coordinator (English/Spanish) to oversee and support daily workforce coordination at an established plastic and paper food container manufacturing facility in Rancho Cucamonga.
This is a hands-on, people-focused position that plays an important role in maintaining a productive workforce and ensuring employees receive the support and direction they need throughout their assignments.
You will serve as the primary on-site point of contact for employees, staffing representatives, and manufacturing management. Responsibilities include coordinating employee onboarding, supporting recruitment efforts, conducting new-hire orientations, addressing employee concerns, assisting with workforce planning, and maintaining positive working relationships across the facility.
This is an excellent full-time, direct-hire opportunity for someone with staffing, recruiting, employee relations, or on-site workforce coordination experience who is ready to take ownership of daily operations and contribute to a successful manufacturing environment.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, typically 5:00 AM–2:00 PM.
- Flexibility required to accommodate operational needs, including occasional weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily on-site workforce activities, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned employees and manufacturing management.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring all required documentation and procedures are completed.
- Conduct new-hire orientations, facility tours, and introductions to designated departments.
- Welcome new employees and coordinate their placement in assigned work areas.
- Support recruitment efforts by reviewing resumes, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring needs.
- Maintain consistent communication with employees and management regarding attendance, staffing needs, employee concerns, and workplace expectations.
- Address employee questions and concerns professionally and assist with resolving workplace issues.
- Monitor workforce needs and communicate staffing requirements to the appropriate representatives.
- Conduct facility walkthroughs and assist with safety inspections and compliance initiatives.
- Coordinate on-site hiring events, employee engagement activities, and workforce initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records, onboarding documentation, and workforce-related reports.
- Assist with communicating company policies, procedures, and workplace expectations.
- Support compliance with employment regulations, client requirements, and pre-employment screening procedures.
- Perform additional on-site coordination responsibilities as operational needs arise.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, on-site coordination, human resources, or employee relations preferred.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Professional, approachable, and confident when communicating with employees and management.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and exercise sound judgment.
- Dependable, punctual, and flexible to accommodate changing operational needs.
Work Environment
This position is based on-site at a plastic injection molding and food container manufacturing facility.
The On-Site Coordinator must be comfortable working throughout an active manufacturing environment, which may include typical production noise, plastic odors associated with manufacturing processes, heated materials, and frequent walking throughout the facility.
The ideal candidate enjoys being actively involved in daily operations rather than working exclusively in an office setting.
Why Consider This Opportunity?
- Direct Hire: Join the company as a full-time employee.
- Competitive Compensation: $25.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Career Development: Expand your experience in workforce management, recruiting, and employee relations.
- Leadership & Ownership: Take an active role in coordinating and supporting the daily workforce.
