Lead Restoration Technician / Future Production Manager
Location: Miramar, FL
Compensation: $52,000-$58,000 Base Salary + Commission + Growth Opportunities
Schedule: Full-Time
Service Area: South Florida
No overnight travel required.

The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced restoration professional who wants more than just another technician position. This role offers a clear path into Production Management, where you'll help build our South Florida operation, lead technicians, oversee projects, and play a key role in our growth.
Our customers call us on some of the most stressful days of their lives. We're looking for someone who can quickly build trust, communicate with empathy, and provide professional guidance while helping customers recover from water, mold, fire, and storm damage.
Responsibilities
Perform water, mold, fire, storm, and specialty restoration services
Conduct inspections and develop job scopes
Utilize Xactimate, DASH, Mitigate, and DocuSketch to document and manage projects
Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment
Maintain accurate job documentation and records
Provide exceptional customer service and communication
Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and jobsite cleanliness
Follow PuroClean production and safety standards
Collaborate with office staff, technicians, subcontractors, and leadership
Future Growth Opportunity

Work directly with the Owner to help scale the business
Qualifications
Restoration experience preferred
Xactimate experience strongly preferred
Experience with DASH, Mitigate/MICA, or DocuSketch is a plus
Strong customer service and communication skills
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical field work
IICRC certifications preferred but not required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
