We are seeking a Cleaning Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for providing a wide range of cleaning tasks that help our customers achieve a clean, safe and orderly environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform deep cleaning projects in residential and commercial building settings including post construction, residential deep cleaning, sanitizing, content cleaning, packouts and general cleaning projects.
• Complete assigned jobs according to ServiceMaster processes while maintaining quality control on each job with urgency
• Perform heavy cleaning duties related to fire and water damage
• Perform sanitizing and disinfecting duties
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in all tasks
• Keep tools and supplies organized and clean
• Comply with all safe work standards

• Previous experience in cleaning, floor care, maintenance, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Honest and dependable
• Must speak English
