Community Association Management Professionals (CAMP) is seeking a Community Manager for a large-scale Master Community Association located in Alexandria, Virginia. The community is comprised of single-family homes and townhomes, that are part of the master association only, as well as homes within sub-condominium associations. Successful candidates must have prior large-scale HOA and/or condominium management experience and hold a PCAM and/or CMCA designation from CAI. Proven leadership skills and sound business judgment are required for this position, along with a strong customer service orientation and excellent written/verbal communication skills. Prior experience must include contract management, budgeting, financial analysis and staff supervision.
