Join our team as an IT Technician and help us deliver exceptional service to our retail customers.
 
What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Travel as needed to regional to retail customer locations</li>
<li>Helpdesk support phone support&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform hardware and software repairs on retail point-of-sale (POS) equipment</li>
<li>Troubleshoot PC hardware, servers, networking issues, POS hardware</li>
<li>Represent our company with professionalism and a customer-first attitude</li>
</ul>
 
What We’re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>General knowledge of PC hardware, servers, and networking</li>
<li>Self starter that can logically troubleshoot hardware with attention to detail</li>
<li>Eagerness to learn industry specific hardware and software support</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and follow direction when needed</li>
<li>Guide individuals through issues with a calm and supportive presence</li>
<li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</li>
</ul>
