AJM Cleaning Services is a growing commercial cleaning company serving businesses throughout Northeast Wisconsin. We provide professional janitorial services for medical offices, banks, professional offices, industrial facilities, salons, and other commercial properties.
We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Commercial Cleaning Specialists.
Position Summary
The Commercial Cleaning Specialist is responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services at client locations while representing AJM Cleaning Services professionally.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, is dependable, and enjoys creating clean and safe environments for businesses.
Responsibilities

Perform commercial cleaning duties following AJM standards and client checklists

Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and maintain facility cleanliness

Clean restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
-
Empty trash and recycling
-
Clean high-touch surfaces
-
Maintain professional appearance and behavior at client locations
-
Follow safety procedures and proper chemical use
-
Protect client property and confidential information
-
Communicate any concerns or issues to management
Cleaning assignments may include:

Banks and financial institutions
-
Industrial facilities
-
Professional offices
-
Luxury salons and spas
Qualifications
Preferred:

Previous cleaning experience (commercial experience preferred)

Reliable transportation
-
Ability to work independently

Strong attention to detail

Good communication skills

Ability to follow cleaning instructions and checklists
