Pest Control ServicePro (Technician)
CAPE Pest Control is hiring a General Pest ServicePro to deliver both general pest services for primarily residential and some commercial accounts.

What You'll Do
- Complete on average, 12-14 general pest stops daily.
- Diagnose pest activity and recommend the right treatment plan for each property
- Communicate clearly with customers about findings, treatment plans, and prevention
- Identify upsell and additional service opportunities during stops and inspections
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation in FieldRoutes CRM
- Keep your service vehicle, equipment, and inventory organized and ready

Compensation & Benefits
- Stasrting at $19/hr if not certified, then $20.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on experience and certification, plus bonuses
- Signing bonus of $500.00 ($250 at 30 days, $250 at 60 days)

- Take-home service vehicle normally after 30 days
Schedule
- Full-time
- 8-10 hour shifts
- Monday to Friday, 1 Saturday a month
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of pest control or termite experience required
- AZDA PMD Category 1A - General Pest/Industrial & Institutional
- Valid Driver's License required
- Comfortable working outdoors, in crawlspaces, and around structural/foundation areas
- Reliable commute to Mesa, AZ 85210
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
