Maintenance Aide (CG/CBV)

Country Bay Village, a state licensed assisted living facility, is seeking a part-time Maintenance Worker.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Maintenance personnel with unskilled duties
- Preventative Maintenance
- Grounds keeping
- Disposal of trash and waste materials
Requirements:
- Able to work both cooperatively and independently
