Job Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Maintenance Assistant, you will:
- Assist with resident transportation to appointments
- Monitor HVAC and plumbing systems
- Test and coordinate inspections of fire protection, security, and plumbing systems
- Perform routine and emergency repairs throughout the building
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks
- Assist with painting, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing projects
- Help maintain the comfort, privacy, and dignity of our residents
