💲 Pay: $22.00 per hour
📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary
BG Staffing is looking for a reliable and skilled Certified Maintenance Technician to join a busy property maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have experience performing general maintenance, troubleshooting building systems, and completing repairs in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Complete service requests and work orders efficiently.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
- Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance needs.
- Prepare units for new occupancy, including repairs and touch-ups.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Maintenance Technician certification required.
- Previous apartment, residential, commercial, or multifamily maintenance experience preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
