  • Support welding and fabrication activities when needed to repair or modify equipment and components.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and maintenance on industrial equipment such as filling machines and mixers that operate with pneumatics, hydraulics, valves, and hoses, when applicable.
  • Use PLC interfaces and connect a laptop to assist with identifying faulty sensors or components
  • Work effectively within a 2nd shift maintenance team, communicating equipment status, repair needs, and completed work to peers and leadership.
  • Support scheduled preventive maintenance activities on Saturdays as needed to keep production equipment in optimal condition.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement within the maintenance department.

  • Proven ability to wire a motor independently starting on day one.
  • Mechanical troubleshooting experience with conveyors, including motors, valves, and hoses.
  • Mechanical troubleshooting experience with hydraulic systems and pneumatic valves.
  • Demonstrated efficiency in performing preventive maintenance on production machines.
  • Strong commitment to safety, including consistent and correct use of lockout/tagout procedures.
  • Ability to read and understand schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation for both mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Hands-on experience with industrial maintenance, including machine repair and machine maintenance in a production environment.
  • Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and electrical maintenance in an industrial setting.
